As the heir to a family tradition going back to 1969, our company is passionate about achieving excellence and selects each raw material that goes into the creation of our confectioneries based on the criteria of quality and taste. You will find these rich flavours in our luxury chocolates, fruit jellies, and sugared almonds and hazelnuts, whose recipes and production are the pride of our teams.
Each manager of our chocolate and fruit jelly workshops orchestrates and passes on ancestral production processes. Jealously guarded recipes and little secrets go into perfecting the flavours of our famous products, including sugared almonds, chocolate “Olives de Provence” and glazed fruit jellies.
TRACEABLE AND HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS
François Doucet Confiseur’s partnerships with producers and cooperatives enable us to source our ingredients from the best crop-growing regions, while also helping suppliers to grow by paying a fair price for their work. 75% of the fruit used to make our fruit jellies comes from Provence (such as Orangé de Provence apricots from the Baronnies, quinces from the Drôme, figs from the Var, and Golden Delicious apples and Williams pears from the Hautes-Alpes).
